Description: Location: Riding downhill from Emmetschingel/Ennetberge to Ennenda
Degree of difficulty: Easy, sometimes bumpy, and some gravel in some corners, but nothing to worry about. Narrow road, relaxed riding, 30 km/h maximum top speed.
View: In Glarus follow the signpost to Ennenda and then the signpost to Ennetberge. From there it goes up to the Restaurant "Alpenblick Ennetberge" and directly behind it on the right up to the Emmetschingel with parking lot, from where you can hike to the Fronalpstock or enjoy the view of the Glarner Alps or the Vorderglärnisch. and or both together. When descending, you should definitely make a stop at the Alpen-Kaffee Ennetberge and enjoy the view over the Glarner Land with a refreshing drink on the balcony. There is also an Alpenblick Kiosk, which is available outside the opening times until the first snowfall, a Self-service Kiosk with drinks and cakes in front of the garage entrance.
